On 7th December 2024, ATCL SACCOS LTD held its much-anticipated 3rd Annual General Meeting at Hotel Blue Sapphire. The event was a remarkable occasion that marked three years of growth and success for the cooperative.

The meeting was graced by the Guest of Honor, Eng. Peter Ulanga, the Managing Director & CEO of ATCL, and our special guest, Eng. Ladislaus Matindi, the retired Managing Director & CEO of ATCL. Their presence added significance to the gathering, highlighting the deep roots and commitment of the leadership to the SACCOS.

The event celebration was stirred with a ceremonial cake cutting by Eng. Ladislaus Matindi, which followed by the launch of new ATCL SACCOS T-shirts, a fresh initiative to promote the SACCOS’ identity and unity among its members.

The celebrations continued to stimulate people where champagne was opened to mark the 3rd anniversary of ATCL SACCOS. Members and guests raised their glasses in a toast to the milestones achieved over the years.

The meeting also recognized outstanding members of the SACCOS, with awards given to those who had made significant contributions. Their dedication and hard work were celebrated with special acknowledgment.

The AGM also featured the election of new leaders who will take the SACCOS forward into the next phase of its development. Members voted to appoint new leadership, ensuring a smooth transition and continued progress.
